This may or may not be helpful, but I found this went away with time. (The fifth time you pick up a big hand at the table is less of a big deal than the first time you did).

Yeah don't know if there is anything you can do, maybe thats just how you are. I was nervous the first couple of times I played live poker, but around the 3rd or 4th time I played at the casino, I didn't really feel out of place or nervous or anything.

As with any known tell or starting hand, you've just got to mix it up. It's really not that hard to get your hand to shake if you want it to. Try this the next time you make a sizable bluff.
Another thing that you may or may not want to try, but I discovered works by accident involves what I guess could technically be considered performance-enhancing drugs. I started a session recently close to midnight and I had gotten up early that day. On the way to the casino, I drank about 3 red bulls. I was extremely jittery and my hands were going like crazy when I made an all-in bluff-raise on the turn.
If you were to try this, you would of course have to show the bluff so they know that the shaking hands tell is unreliable for you.

Played a tournament at Ceasars last month where one guy early in the game had the shakes and I was certain he had a monster. The hand went to showdown and he had nada. But I think it was a tic -- his hands shook every time he picked up chips. I don't think he was faking it. Maybe Parkinson's has an upside if you play live poker -- they'll think you have a monster every time!

I think your mentality makes a difference as well. If you flop quads it means nothing if you don't get value out of it. Keeping this in mind may help hold off the shakes, at least until the actual hand is finished, but then it won't matter anymore.
Rockymoose. I probably seemed like that guy did my first casino trip. I was shaking the whole time through. It's really exciting playing in a casino live so I think a lot of first timers may be like that.
