I was supposed to be there this week but business got in the way. I rescheduled for 7/15-7/18. I want to play at least one NL tourney as well as NL ring. I know where I'm gonna play ring. I'm looking for tourney selection advice.
I've heard about the Horseshoe dailies and the MGM dailies. The one I'm leaning to is the Shoe, 8pm Monday. $70 buyin, single rebuy for $40. Has anyone played this before? If so, how was the action? I'm leaning this way because I've had good sessions in that room before, although not tourney. Also, it's historical.
Can anyone give me a better one to play? $150 or less buyin. I prefer freezouts but I'll live with a single rebuy.

venetian. thats all you need to know. it sounds like you are willing to spend enough on the buy ins. The structures are great (30 minutes if I recall), competition mixed, and the venetian is such a great place as it is. I received this tip from a local while there, he told me that for the under 200 budget, venetian is the best.
