1-2 10-handed game. My opponent is an extremely loose well-known donator and runs about 65/17/3. He overvalues lots of pair hands, raises a lot preflop and tends to play passive under pressure. Another thing i notice is that he definitely plays straightforward and fires big bullets when he hits a big hand, BTW, I think that i made at least $1.5k from this guy in the last couple of months. Tonight he was a luckbox and stacked one guy with slow -played KK.
Our effective stack is $265 in this hand . one early limper, donator limped on CO, i made $10 on BT with :Ad: :Kc:, limper folds, donator called $10.
flop($25):
donator overbet like $40, i tanked a little while and shoved. I have a tight clean image.
Hmmm, i hope you guys gamble a lot. Please make some comments on my flop shove. +EV or not?

Good if your opponent is in Heads up with you playing it loose as you noted, should give a heads up call because you would be struggling in the least by 8 outs in the deck is counting on that .. he was on hand with a flush in my opinion calls call

There are better ways to stack a donator. I'd prolly just fold tbh.

I'd call. You have pretty good equity unless you think he's flopped a flush. I see 8x/99/TT/JJ sorts of hands here a lot. Given your read, though I'm leaning towards a fold expecting to see small flushes and two pair.
Shoving here looks exactly like the sort of hand you have to him and I think he'll manage to make the right play quite often if the money doesn't make him uncomfortable.

Thinking about this more...
Would he slow play a flush? Would he play 2 pair like this? How much does the lack of a pre-flop raise discount a set? Does he like to over-bet when he bluffs? Any other body language of note? From there, divorce yourself from the hand and make the right decision.
I still might peel and give the fish a little action. I'd cheer GAMB00L, call, brick the turn, pay attention to his bet size and body language, flash him my cards and fold. I'd expect to get a smile and to see his cards in return. A little action for the regular donator here may pay off both for information and make him feel like he's not always taking the worst of it.

dramatic result:
i hit my nuts flush on the turn but still lost to his river LUCKBOX boat.

sucked out on me
Everyone perceived me as a crazy maniac after the massive epic fail I'm pretty sure Fish will remember my fucking image for a long time. I asked him "Would you still call any bet on the turn if i didnt push on the flop".
Fish turned around and said " Man, this is top two pairs. Ya, i 'd call any turn bet "
"NICE HAND,NICE CATCH, sir " i just shrugged and said.

Considering your read that he overbets big hands, you are not a favourite over his range. But i think you have great implied odds for calling a bet and spiking a diamond, given that he cant let go of a hand.
More info on his style would be helpful.
PS - Sorry to Fnord that I pretty much copied your post... Its nothing personal, I just agree with you most times.

Consider that he can re-suck (or manage to not stack off even 20% of the time) and it's a pretty badish call. I'd just give him action because he's retarded and will give me like 10x more action back.

my read was a little off but it's like Doyle Brunson says, you have to give action to get action. Also, i'd just fold if the effective stack is very deep in this situation.
