For those who regularly play sessions of cash that are 4+ hours: what do you eat during your breaks? The food at the casinos is usually greasy, fattening, and just plain bad for you. Eating that kind of food on a regular basis (assuming you play regular sessions of cash) just can't be good for both your mind and your body, and therefore can't be good for your game in the long run.
I suppose that just leaving your table and going somewhere else for food is an option, although that really does suck when you have a good table or if the waiting list for cash games is long. You can only sit out for 3 orbits so that doesn't give you much time to go somewhere else to eat.
Any ideas? Bring food from home? Leave food in your car and go eat in the underground like a weirdo when you get hungry?

The food is AMAZING where I play. Asian menu on par with most restraunts with some other items thrown in.

Both, although if I don't eat at the table, I have to pay for my food.

you have the option to eat at the tables, and don't have to pay for it?

i always eat at the table. Waitress service in my local card rooms is traditionally good. Also, i'm a regular player and tend to tip well and tip often.

You get 45 minutes at the casino I play and that is just enough time for me to murder the buffet.

I have a few common stomping grounds where I play in Southern Ontario and this is how their food fares at three of the locations:
Seneca Casino (Niagara Falls USA) - Best buffet at any casino hands down. Upstairs is a 5 star steakhouse which serves the best steak I've had in my entire life hands down.
Casino Rama (Rama Ont. Can.) - For the most part, this place is greasy. On the other hand, they have this tiny little Japanese noodle bar tucked away in the corner of the casino which most people have never even heard of. It is amazing and better than most restaurants at all of the casino's I've been to.
Casino Niagara (Niagara Falls Canada) - The worst of the three. Best option is a pizza from the sports bar. Everything else is greasy.
