Hey all,
So I am at a new home game (2nd time for me - 2/2 1st place out of 37 each time ), anyway, so I am at a new home game and it's down to the last few. blinds are 5/10K. everyone folds. SB calls, BB sees SB only has about 18K left. He calls "raise", sees the SB get ready to call an AI, then appears to re-think his raise until someone says your committed to a 10K raise - then he puts the SB AI with his 9/2 o. The ? is - could he have just said "I think I'll see the flop 1st" or something, is it just bad etiquitte, or is there an actual rule comitting him to the raise? OR could he have just folded his BB and got away with not paying the raise? I am sure this falls along the lines of declaring an AI or calling one, but just wanna make sure since I host many games and I gotta be prepared for everything, should it ever occur, and not resolved so easily.
