I know, I know: Buy KEM cards.
Here's the thing: I can replace the decks multiple times. That's not much of an issue. Higher on my scale of importance is the desire to impress, and I'd like to pull that off by having custom decks of cards. Anyone know where I could find such a thing?

Looks like it is not a cheap thing to do. Costs about $400 for 10 decks. That seems like money better spent on improving your poker game and/or your relations with the local strippers.

If you're gonna cutomize anything. Having custom clay poker chips is way more impressive than cards. I'd invest in that instead of cards.

Planning on doing both. Starting a poker club at my university, so I may be able to get all of the above paid for via organizational funds.

Personally I would just get some Casino Quality plastic cards and decent sets for the group instead of budgeting for expensive custom cards. The production runs can be large for tmost card manufacturers minimums.
My recommendations for cards:
Gemaco 5 star or Copag Export. I think the latest batch of KEMs have been just OK and are on the pricey side. The Copags are a little less stiff but feel great. THey are the least expensive as well. The whites are on the dull side but nonetheless feel great. The Gemacos are stiffer than the KEMs but shuffle nicely. Color on the sets are very concistent.
Let me know if you need help find Playing cards in quantity. I can help you out.
and any Decent set of chips.
