Two days ago, I drove down to AC for the day to check out the guaranteed tourneys at the Borgata on Wednesdays. I registered for the 11 am $100+$2o NL Tourney that has $20,000 guaranteed purse and over 400 ppl registered.

This was my first time playing in the Borgata poker room and it blew away any other poker room I have ever been in. I only lasted 2 hours, got knocked out right before the 2nd break as my mid pocket pair ran into pocket aces and that was that.

Anyways, I definitely think I will try my luck at one of these again, as first place was $12,000+ for just a $120 buy in.

Anyone else out there ever played in these and done well?
