After a long loosing sessions I have the following observations

There is a trermendous amount of luck involved.

You have to stick to the basics i.e Pot Odds, Position, etc

You will experience bad beats and you have to suck it up and go on.
Case in point 1/2 live KK on the button. Three limpers I raise to 20.00. BB calls 2 limpers fold. Third limper goes all in for 85.00
I call BB calls. Flop is 3d, 7h, 9s Turn is 2h and river is 3c. The BB turns over Q-3 for trips and the limper mucks his hand.

I did go on after that to have a nice win rate ignoring the stupidity of the BB I quess it wasnt stupid he did win.
