Hi Everyone,

I know in the past Palm Springs had casinos, but since I am likely travelling there in September, does anyone have any info on the casinos and/or poker rooms in Palm Springs, (California)?

Thanks,
Monty

The Cabazon Indian Reservation, off I-10, is the home to Casino Morongo. I haven't played out there but I have played at other indian casinos in Southern California and I would expect a lot of fishes at the tables there. According to tworags.com, they have 2 $100 max 1/3 NL tables, 2 unlimited 2/5 NL tables, 2 2/4 limit tables, 2 3/6 kill limit tables, 1 4/8 kill limit table, and 1 3/6 omaha table. You may also find a 5/10 or 10/20 NL table or a 6/12 limit table going during busy times.

Indian casinos tend to drop $3 or $4 a hand, which is a better deal than you get at the card clubs.

Good luck!

I recall on my last trip out there was a casino on I think the eastern edge of town, if I recall it was an Indian one... might be the one you mentioned... but I don't remember much in the way of table games there...

Ok... anyone else?

In looking online, it appears there are at least 4 casinos.

Agua Caliente, Trump 29, maybe two others... anyone have any info on any of them?

Here's a nicely written piece about playing poker in one of the Indian Casinos out there in the desert.
