Poker is booming around here lately... new casinos are opening with incredibly fishy €200NL everywhere, and nobody has any idea how to play it.
My plan with online poker always was to grind out 20 buy-ins and then start live, but right now I'm just beginning to feel comfortable with 100BI for 50NL.
So my BR is @ pretty exactly €4k right now.
Just how much of a gambool is it really to take a 2BI shot? - because I'm not going to keep playing live after a 2BI swing, I'll just grind it up online again.
If you could just pull some numbers out of your ass as for expected winning vs loosing sessions, bb/100 and standard deviation and win rate for someone who has beat 50NL online over 100k for a decent rate, that would be nice.
No rake pf
I think $2 per flop - one of which is for the BBJ (puke)
I'm not a gambler at heart... I don't need to play in these games, but it seems like it could be an acceptable risk with all the dead money on these tables.

That rake sounds incredibly low for a live game. The play will most likely be way way looser and a fair bit worse in these live games compared to 50NL online.
If you are prepared for the higher variance of very loose games, then give it a shot.

Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

Figure out which will make you more money per hour.
Play the other one on your 'off' nights as a sort of vacation.

Girlfriend: Soo... you forgot to run that errand, but you had time to werewolf? Wtf?

I once had this discussion with a respected pro, and he mentioned 7BI's is the lowest one should be at if they want to take a shot.
Game selection is a really big part of live poker. I usually don't play without 20 BI's, but if I see a really juicy table, I don't mind breaking the rules (if I have around 10 BI's)

I think the rake is pretty low in comparison because the cardrooms here are not legally casinos, but I don't know how it works exactly.
The games are not really loose... or not loose aggressive anyway. There's very little raising before the flop, and mostly just pot-builder raises if anything.
I think I'll take 400 out of my online roll. I think it's worth a shot.
Suck: It will take 30h to rebuild if I loose it all.
