Villain has just sat down and not done anything much. BTN is a drunk Russian guy playing loose. What should I be doing preflop and on the flop?

Trump Taj Mahal, Full Ring BB is $2
Hero is HJ ($270)
BTN (~$225)
Villain 1 is BB ($200)

Hero is dealt:
3 limpers, Hero bets $15, 1 fold, BTN calls $15, 1 fold, BB raises to $50, 3 folds, Hero calls $35, BTN calls $35

Flop ($157):
BB instashoves $150, Hero?

BB gave a strong tell after he instashoved by putting his hands behind his head in going into a relaxed posture, then looked away as if to seem disinterested.

I don't mind flat 3 bet with kk preflop.Just looking how low SPR is, This is an insta call for me even though his tell definitly indicates a strong hand for sure. You underrepresented kk and he could bet strong with QQ IMO.
