Are there any casinos that have 1/2 hold em around the tri state area, in which they allow you to be on the floor and play at the age of 18?

You can call it the dual state area, because CT. is 21 and older for its Casinos

ok where the hell is the "tri State Area" i can think of a ton of places where there is a Tri State Area
