Effective stack is about $200. One limper in MP, hero raised to $15 with from HJ, CO(short stack) called, SB called, MP called.
MP is a loose weak guy who doesnt seem to gamble for lots of money, CO is a crazy bluffy guy who has the habit of shoving/bluffing with overs and SB is an OK semi-loose passive player who knows when to fold and call.
MP: $800
hero: $190
CO: $80
SB: $600
flop($60): SB checks, MP checks, how to plan this hand on hero's part ?

So SB and MP both checked? With reads, I like our position.

If its bet (by hero) -> shove -> fold -> fold, I would instacall.
If its bet (by hero) -> shove -> raise -> fold or bet -> fold -> raise -> fold (along those lines), I would fold.
If its bet (by hero) -> shove -> fold -> call, I would call and see a turn in position.
etc.

I would not get it in for stacks on the flop against MP or SB here.

hero checked, as expected,CO shoved, SB called,MP called. BTW,SB and MP both perceived CO as a wide crazy player cuz this hapless guy got caught bluffing a few times at this table. WTF for hero ?? Fold, call or shove now???

Annoying fold. I might bet out and hope to get it in against the short stack. Got any body language off the other two guys before any money went in on the flop?

I like betting flop more than checking. As played, I would fold here without further info.

They both seemed very unhappy and not sure about their hands.Meh,I really wanted to shove but folded anyway. CO had KsQs,sb had Adx,MP had Kc8d.MP won the whole thing with turned straight.

I think you need to be putting the first bet in here. Any money after that depends on how weak they look and how frisky you feel.
