The table was loose passive as usual. UTG (an indian young guy) who just sat down a few hands ago called, MP1 called, MP3 called,Hero called with 4h5h on CO, sb called, BB checked.
stacks:
UTG: $160
HERO:$375
flop($12): UTG bet $6, all folded, hero called $6
turn($24): :Ac: UTG checked, hero checked
river($24): UTG bet $100 quickly, hero muttered " WTF?"
call, fold or shove?

well I would put him on trips and insta call or I might re-raise him like $50 to $75 dollars (so make is $150 to go)

you have a straight, doubt he has ace/3 or a boat, if he has the higher straight, then fine you will lose some cash.

he could also have a 5 and you guys split.

I would call this and you should be good agaisnt most casino donks. I am not lying this hand down regardless.

depends on reads. It's a tough spot, because no matter what he has, it's a retarded bet.
I lean towards folding. Against a passive player this is usally no good.

UTG just sat down so there can not be any reads that his passive. I would fold the flop but as played, meh not worth it...wait for a better situation with better reads.

*puke*

Just stop calling with hands that figure to be no good on the flop. This hand really doesn't have to be hard.

Standard and has nothing to do with race. Just someone who's bad at poker trying to find value because he doesn't understand how to build a big pot.

wait im confused...

he limped with aces ?

second, you layed down your straight ? the only hands that beat you are a boat (which he had) and the higher straight.

good laydown, but odds are most players are calling his bet.

I highly doubt he would bet just trips so strongly, but it's possible. But Hero only has $8 invested, why call for hopefully half the pot? No one is bluffing here ever, so that's not even possible.

At best I think you're winning half the pot.
