1 limper UTG, he has been playing decently tight/aggressive but just lost almost all of his chips and is left with 49.

I open the pot to 8 with A10o from middle position (I'm sitting at around 250 at this point)

Small blind and limper both call.

FLOP: A Q 7 rainbow.

SB bets 10 and the UTG raises all in for 31 total.

While I am thinking about what to do I notice that the SB has counted out 21 chips and is ready to throw it in.

What do I do in this spot??

why are you so keen to isolate a shorty TAG with ATo from mid position?Do you plan to call his all-ins preflop? Do you really think that your TPWK is still good on this flop given these actions? You should probably plug your major leaks before asking if its a call or fold?

I isolate because of his tilt factor and how weak the table is.. theres no way i see him limp shove preflop and i put ATo on the higher end of his range. (Hes raising AJ+...) soo i feel like he has more of a suited connector type hand

$60 unless the SB doesn't know how to fold a better hand.

SB's stack size is a critical piece of missing info here. also a read on SB would be nice.

SB had about 150 left. He was a passive weak player

Then I don't mind a fold here. You can just call his all-in and definitely make a note on sb.Raising here will probably force sb to correctly fold those Ace rag hands you beat quite handsomely and he wouldn't fold better hands on this dry flop ever except maybe AJ. Actually, passive weak players would likely flat AK and AQ preflop.

Would he fold a better hand if you re-raised?

Re-raise and get it in against the short stack.
