Should I be value betting this? or be giving him credit for the 3rd 5? I was planning on c/c on the river.

Party Poker 0.25/0.50 Hold'em (7 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with A, A.
1 fold, Hero raises, MP2 calls, 1 fold, Button calls, 1 fold, BB calls.

Flop: (8.40 SB) 9, 5, 5 (4 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, MP2 calls, Button calls, BB folds.

Turn: (5.70 BB) 6 (3 players)
Hero bets, MP2 calls, Button folds.

River: (7.70 BB) K (2 players)
Hero checks, MP2 checks.

Final Pot: 7.70 BB
1. Get a seat to their right
2. Steal blinds at will
3. ...
4. Profit

I'm bet/calling this river. Too often the opponent just has missed overcards and either a) just hit a King and will at least call if not raise, or b) will call down with A high. If he hit the backdoor flush well then lucky him...

If he had the third five he wouldn't slowplay the turn even if he was silly enough to slowplay the flop.
