Obviously all of you are successful to be playing at these limits. Unless you can just afford to play at them, well if you can afford to play at them, nevermind this question, but... I was wondering for the people who make bank at them playing, due to there unbelievable skills at it...
What is the single one most important factor to becoming a successful great no limit texas hold em player?
1: Playing tight pre-flop
2:Playing loose pre-flop
3:Playing tight post-flop
4:Playing aggressive post-flop
5ptions 1-4 but ajusting them according to what the current table is doing, ex.1 table is loose so playing tight-tight/aggressive, ex.2 table is tight so playing loose-loose/aggressive
6:Position,Position,Position, ex. only raising and playing hands from any specific position that your surely goin to make sure you have position on your opponent
7:Reading players, ex.bluffing, raising, and re-raising only the ones who will fold.
8:Anything else that I have not mentioned that ultimately makes a successful poker player...

Reads and playing the player are the most important for success at high stakes holdem. Although i'm not too sure that i'm a successful high stakes player. I will be back eventually but right now i have neither the desire or the bankroll to suppport high stakes ring games.

Well, it depends on which players you're playing against. Generally being able to read is very important, knowing to play LAG against conservative (tight post-flop) opponents and TAG against liberal (loose post-flop) opponents.
