I have been running super hot and the table probably sees me as a super lag but they havent started really playing back at me, yet. Villain had been playing pretty solid so far but I have seen him doing some crazy stuff in earlier sessions. Should I 3-bet his flop raise? definitely lead the river and call the possible raise? My OOP game really needs some work..

I dont like 3-betting a reasonably safe flop like this unless you think there is a decent chance that villain is making a stand against you because of your image.

If the turn goes check check you have to bet the river, but I think you know that. There is a bunch of hands he wont bet on the river if checked to but will call a bet. It would be a really sick play if he checked behind on the turn with a hand that beat yours and it doesnt sound like hes loose\aggressive enough to have KJ here.

If he raises the river then you have a decision (dont think he will bluff raise here very often unless he is extremely ballsy), but you cant not bet the river to avoid that scenario because you will be losing value.

i agree with ilikeaces, 3 betting the flop puts you in alot of trouble but your line and betting the river makes the most without losing alot to monsters
