I don't have the hand history available to me, but will try and do it as accurately as possible. Villain is quite Laggy, having been in most pots, limping and calling raises, making lots of positional raises. I've seen him lucky on a few occasions, but have also seem him make some decent plays.
Playing 3/6 NL I am on the button with pocket K. Raise it up to $24, villain calls from the BB. Flop comes down 3 hearts, K48, so I am looking pretty good with a set. He checks, and I check behind, Turn comes a blank, he bets $40 at it. I reraise to about $100 total, he calls. River comes out another blank, he bets $120.
Am I to assume that he ended up flopping the flush, which is a very minimal chance? The bet looks like he wants it to be called. I don't want to go broke here, so should I just call, or give him credit for the flopped flush and fold, looking for another spot?

that is quite horrible. bet the flop, if he raises either 3-bet or wait till turn to stick it in (with a safe card). Turn raise is too small. As played I would call his bet without a doubt, folding would be horrible.

definately bet that flop. your set of kings isnt going to look so good anymore if a fourth heart falls on the turn.
Also you get more information by betting the flop. If you get c/raised, probably smooth call, and look to spike a board pair. If you 3 bet into a flopped flush, the pot is going to get out of control fast, and is going to be hard to get away from. Also, if you 3 bet and he re-reraises its probably going to be a "lets play for stacks" raise. If he pushes, for example, you probably have to find a fold (assuming full stacks?), and thus you lose value from any board pairs that might be coming on the turn or river.
