Villain here is about 11/5 over a 1k hand sample - very nitty, I figured a set here - called figured I could probably push him off of high OP or set with my push here, maybe slightly overplayed this though, my standard line for this type of hand would be check/call flop lead turn - figured I'd switch it up.
Comments on all streets welcome.

a nit is not folding a set here because hero's line looks alot like what hero has.
checking and calling is infinitely better. theres no need to bet or raise without the made hand here with no folding equity.

I'd just check-call turn, then move in on the river if your hit your hand, or if a heart falls and he still has a lot of money behind.
I don't really understand your play here at all. You put him on a set, then just decide to give him your money by going all-in with 9 high when he's never folding.

Ya like I said I'm not quite sure about my play here either I just dont see him reraising me on this flop with air, and I could rule out AA KK so I was 50/50 between overpair and set I have no idea really lol

Ment to type I could push him off high overpair but NOT a set... so it was pretty much 50/50 for me with that mindset I pushed, I dislike my play eventhough it worked.

This thread made me laugh so hard...
Anyway, w32e1, to be honest, I think check/push and check/call are both better lines then open-pushing on the turn. If you think there's a decent chance that he has an overpair and will muck it, c/r ai is the best play. However, I find that a player of these stats quite often has a set here in which case c/c is the best play, and is what I would recommend.

also, nobody is folding a set here, ever. No way are they going to give you credit for 85 or 35, nor should they.
