I'm playing 5/10 full-ring at Bodog, I had just sat down at what looks to be a wild table with an average pot of over $300. Few hands in, I get dealt AK off in MP. UTG raises it up to $40, 2 callers before me, I call from MP, guy right behind me calls. Then the button re-raises to $200, UTG calls, 2 more callers from EP. I think for a little bit before calling. Guy behind me folds. So it's 5-way action on a $1,055 pot before the flop with noone all-in, and I have no idea wtf is going on.
Flop comes 3s-Kd-7d. UTG goes all-in for $1524.93 (btw there is a guy who has him covered in the pot). 2 folds. I call, putting myself all-in for $790. Button folds. Turn comes Q of spades. River comes a 2 of spades. Villain flips over 2Q diamonds. I wasn't amused. Just wanted to share this minor occurance in my life with y'all, thanks for listening.

rofl.. sorry man, that is brutal. Horrid beats coupled with horrid play make all but the most seasoned vets cringe. If you can handle something like this well, IMO you are well on your way to being a very successful poker player.

Q2!! lmao!!!!!!!!!!!!1111!!!!!

Just realized he had the flush draw too... but losing to running 2 pair isn't exactly the best way to lose this hand.

Couple that with the UTG raise with Q2s and calling a huge reraise with a lot of players to act... good shit.
