Yup, I played NL600 too. I liked how gabe posted a bunch of hands a few days ago, so I figure I will as well. Comments are welcome.

My image is tagg I'm sure, but I've been mixing it up. Have only shown down a few hands, one was a failed bluff attempt and the other hand was standard stuff.

1) This guy was terrible, I think I have four hands against him here...He floated a lot and was pretty terrible post-flop...when he only called my check-raise on turn I thought another shot on river would be nice. Nice or Spewkieplaya?

Toadstool will become famous soon enough
1) think this is spew, dont really see him folding anything that he calling the turn with. If he called with top pair or middle pair which is now trips hes not folding as hes pretty terrible.

2)play the same apart from the river where i'd c/c to induce a bluff from missed spades

3)pretty difficult, only hand i see him beating you with is Kcxc - He'd prob check raise the turn with QK or a set. Looks like hes trying to get a cheap river - raising is probably best here.

4)play exactly the same with the river maybe being a fold - depends what your feel for the hand is at the time - couldn't have played it better though IMO no point in betting river.

5)thats fine

I think I have the best hand on the turn. Then he calls. I don't think there's any way I win the hand unless I bet the river, and I feel that this guy will lay down a Ten most of the time to make this a profitable play. Also, with my line, I look pretty damn strong, I had been playing tight too, so my line makes it look like I've got Tx beaten pretty good.

I took his lead on the turn as a huge sign of weakness, like the king scared him and he wanted to see where he was at. Saying that, maybe a call would have been better? Puts me in a tough spot on the river, though, because I would have never made him define his hand....

thoughts gabe, or anyone else?

1) My gut says he's not folding. What this comes down to is that if a guy plays TP this passive, is he going to lay it down? And if he has some draw, you are ahead anyway.

3) this hand is similar to 1 in the sense that your read of "he floats flop alot" leads me to think he could have something here. If we give him the sophistication to check-raise a K here - do we give him the insight that he doesn't want to give a free card to a draw? Again, I don't think he's folding TP and you beat everything else. If you call, you have position on the river... so maybe hope he makes another mistake by betting a worse hand or checking one better?

Is this because only a better hand calls our raise? And, we can fold pretty easily to a river bet?

hand 1. I bet turn- I really dont like the C/R as you r usually in a tough spot when called. I dont understand the river bet- hes calling u with better and folding worse, unless its just a sick value bet I really dont like.

Hand 2- pot flop pot turn check (usually call) river. You loose a TON of value with your tiny turn bet, unless its to induce a bluff raise and I thing ger schroder is not even close to smart enough to make any kind of fancy plays on.

(Ive played him- HUGE fish, but not many hands)

Hand 3- I just call turn and call river most of the time as donks rarely seem to change initiative without improving their hand in some way and all you have now is 2nd pair. Though you raise isnt terrible as a big part of his range is draws with which he will probably call, odds be damned. Also if he leads river you can safely fold as ur hand is way overrepped.

hand 4- I would almost always bet 3/4 pot on this turn.

hand 5- I play it the same- Hook is a huge nit- betting turn is spew.
