Sometimes poker is just evil, you put the other guy on a hand and you call because you are looking to hit your draw. Instead, the dealer gives you top pair, and even though you had already decided that the other guy very likely had a set or two pair, you still call a huge bet with your top pair, since your hand has suddently improved.

Also, in general, people are bluffing less often than you think, at least less often than I think, especially when I'm playing bad. Maybe I should focus more on finding good reasons to fold, instead of finding bad reasons to call when the pot is big and juicy. This post is probably not too interesting, just been calling off a bit too many chips today, and since I have no other good place to post this I'll post it here. And maybe someone else has the same problem with calling too much, or maybe has some good tips on how to stop doing this
