I'd like to apologize in advance for lots of hands .

I played Observer 84 today across 3 tables on FT and was surprised to see he was very good. Relevant information is that he's 3betting about 20%, 4betting a small amount (and flatted AKs earlier, so im suspicious they may be pure bluffs), and also folding on early streets a lot. In 3bet pots OOP when he checks he normally c/fs. He also has shown capable of making big bluffs when my range certainly has nut hands in it. I'm having a lot of trouble against his flop raising range in pos in 3bet pots, which he seems to be doing very light.

Pretty interesting hands ISF, first bash goes to me;

1 - i like the hand aslong as he can fold Ax.

2 - Id raise flop, he could get it in with Qd and Jd here since he can figure you for Ax at best (obv sets too) but bluff raise alot of weaker d's. Plus given the flop he wont be barrelling much if at all so slowplaying doesnt have much merit.

On river you shud prob raise even tho he doesnt seem to have anything that can call besides maybe Qx so raise small.

3 - Tough spot, id say we have the best hand at this point. he likely hasnt much and i figure if we bet small as an obv vb he can raise and make our life hell. Not quite sure tbh since my opinion doesnt make me wanna c/c here.

4 - Why are we raising turn, seems to me he can play back abit when we dont seem to rep much.
Jman: every time the action is to you, it's an opportunity for you to make the perfect play.

Hand 1: obviously good

hand 2: I think his betsize looks less like a boat although given what your hand looks like it could be. Definitely don't shove. I still raise to 2500 or something, fold to a shove... Actually now im unsure .

hand 3: I don't see why you'd do anything but check/fold.

hand 4: having a c/r range here seems bad. You should be leading with all value hands so you should lead with bluffs too.

1. Yeah standard.

2. I would call.

3. b/f small could be fun. c/f seems standard.

4. I think you've got to just shove now since you played it like this.

I never really saw him play on ftp so thought he was a bum hunter. But afterwards I realized who he was on stars.

Can you elaborate on why call is better than shove on hand 2?

Might as well post results.

1: He called with 87
2: I shoved and he called with AA
3: I bet the river something like 3200 but it was a total spew. To my surprise he shoved and i folded.
4: I called turn and folded river to shove. Tbh I never thought about shoving turn but it did seem like a thin call.
