Villian seems fairly decent. He's aggro preflop and his RR range prob includes stuff like AJ/KQ maybe even more. What do we do peoples?

standard move has to be to fold, there are just too few hands you are solidly beating and you are getting called by overcards with a flushdraw.
Using your assumed range he is slightly ahead of your hand and will fold any non heart overcards and 88 TT without a heart to your push and call you with everything else
Board: 9h 3h 2h
Dead:
equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 47.997% 46.37% 01.62% 38564 1350.00 { JdJs }
Hand 1: 52.003% 50.38% 01.62% 41896 1350.00 { QQ+, JcJh, TT-88, AQs+, AcJc, AhJh, KQs, AQo+, KQo }

If he is calling your push with my assumed range his equity will look something like this:
44,550 games 0.005 secs 8,910,000 games/sec
Board: 9h 3h 2h
Dead:
equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 26.296% 24.98% 01.31% 11130 585.00 { JdJs }
Hand 1: 73.704% 72.39% 01.31% 32250 585.00 { QQ+, JcJh, TcTh, TdTh, ThTs, 99, AhKh, AhQh, KhQh, AcKh, AdKh, AhKc, AhKd, AhKs, AsKh, AcQh, AdQh, AhQc, AhQd, AhQs, AsQh, KcQh, KhQc, KhQd, KhQs, KsQh }

With over pot behind after matching the bet, shoving is pretty terrible.
Only other line with merit is calling, hoping to dodge A-Q/heart or rep a heart.

hes calling with everything that has you beat or is racing with you, and this makes up a huge part of his range

I'd fold. If I were thinking about felting it I would usually call and wait for a safe turn so my equity is better.
