From histories and posts that I've read, high stakes play seems to place a lot of value in reading your opponent and surprising your opponent with hands that they don't suspect. At lower stakes it seems more profitable to just play ABC poker - good starting hands + Taggy/positional play. At what level would you think that this turns around?

I'm seeing a big difference around 2/4. It also depends on the site. I understand party doesn't "advance" in play until 3/6 or higher.

I've started to make use of position rather than cards in 200nl way more than i did in 100nl. I'm just starting to learn about using players cards against them more. You still have to be carefull who you bluff at 200nl, but there are fewer fish. I don't think there is any one level where it suddenly changes, you just have to rely on bluffing and reads more the higher you go. I think the main reason for mixing up my play is that i've become a better player, but it definately works better at 200nl than it did at 100nl.

Iv seen rada play his LAG style at Pstars NL200. I then saw him proceed to build 66 dollars into like 800. I am still amazed.
