If you're even considering calling this then you should have lead for about the same on the river.

Leading on the river serves no purpose, hands worse than mine fold and hands better than mine call.

Many hands better than yours fold. Your hand is only beating a bluff, and its not a check-down sorta pot so the guy must be calling extremely thin on the turn.

Well what sort of hands are you thinking of that are better than mine that would fold?
I doubt a pair of kings (caught on the river) would. He doesnt have pocket aces or two pair or set, or he would have played much more actively on the first two streets. If he catches a straight, he calls or raises any bet I make.
This leaves one hand: pocket jacks. But I think that he would bet with them on the flop in last position, espically since he was the PFR, so I doubt that is what he is holding. He is an aggressive player by the way (well every player up at this level is lol)
These are about all the plausible hands I can think of better than my hand.
Edit: Another hand is AT, but I think this bets as well in last position on the flop.

So then why are you even considering calling? (I assumed that since you were thinking about calling, that he was loose enough to make this bet with a worse hand or pure bluff.)

This is why:
I figured any hand better than mine would play much more actively the first two streets. And hands slightly better than mine would not try to value bet, as the villain would reason that any better hand calls and any worse hand folds. So I figured he must be bluffing.
Sure enough..
EvilEcstasy_ calls [$125].
Thinkin shows [ 9h, As ] high card ace.
EvilEcstasy_ shows [ Td, Jd ] a pair of tens.
EvilEcstasy_ wins $415 from the main pot with a pair of tens.

well AK and KJ were possiblities here so you are right. I guess I wasnt 100% certain to win the pot. But i felt it was well over 50%. I also know he does like to bluff, espicially when he feels entitled to the pot being the PFR.
By the way, I never see you playing at either 3/6 or 5/10 NL anymore on Empire.. are you still playing there or moved to somewhere else?

I've been playing under a new and secret nick becuase I didn't like people watching me play. I've played with you very little becuase I figured it'd be a super unfair advantage to me. When I move back to 3/6, I'll tell you the nick.

because JTs is one of the best hands to call a raise with, and the guy was a habitual positional raiser, so I figured he had weak holdings.
