Villain is a good reg 21/16/2.3. We 3bet each other and go back and forth all the time but we've no real history here. I've just recently started playing any 5/10.
Preflop minraiser is a 61/12 fish.

$5/$10 No Limit Holdem
4 players
Converted at weaktight.com

Stacks:
CO ($3904.39)
BTN ($996.00)
SB ($955.00)
Hero ($1040.00)

Pre-flop: ($15, 4 players) Hero is BB
CO raises to $20, BTN calls $20, 1 fold, Hero calls $10

Flop: ($65, 3 players)
Hero bets $55, 1 fold, BTN calls $55

Turn: ($175, 2 players)
Hero bets $135, BTN calls $135

River: ($445, 2 players)
Hero bets $830, BTN has $786 to call

I think once he calls the turn bet, he probably has a pretty strong hand or a draw on the turn.

I'm assuming this shove is a bluff? I think if you know villain can fold and your history, flow, would let you believe he could fold a 7 here, it could be good.

I don't think he's folding a flush though, even though the board paired.

Are you flatting TT-88 in this spot oop to a fishy minraise? I'd usually 3bet, but I can see arguments for flatting too.

As played, I guess I put button on a flush, quite possibly Ahxh, which is going to be almost impossible for him to lay down. T9's another possibility, which he's obv folding, but he's probably folding to the turn bet. I don't really like the flop donk... there's some value there, but you'll rarely win it on the flop and there are a ton of cards that will make your life difficult on the turn and river.

I think for these same reasons, a flop donk is good BECAUSE a ton of cards on the turn/river will make villain's life difficult.

The only reason why I don't like the donk lead is cause there are a billion hands that can bluff raise us, and we're stuck OOP with a decent hand, but have no idea where we're at.

dont mind the flop donk bet since villain doesnt seem very aggro
on turn i probably just c/f, and i also hate river i just dont think people are folding flushes often enough (at least to me, if u have a better image then its closer)
Nine to five is how to survive - I ain't trying to survive / I'm trying to live it to the limit and love it a lot //

wrt the flop donk I think it's ok because of the fish minraiser. It's more aimed at him than the main villain because he'll call so much and rarely raise. I guess what I didn't consider is that this flop probably smacks the main villains range given that he flatted a minraise IP.

On the turn I'll be honest I don't know what the best line is.

River I think he definitely folds a straight and probably some flushes too. They're kinda the same hand though because I'd probably never take this line with a flush.

flop donk is good because of a fish. Turn I c/f and I also check with flushes or 7. as played, river is a spew imo because people don't like folding flushes and it doesn't make sense for you to have a boat because you probably don't bet turn with a set so he doesn't fold a flush. He folds 7 but that is all.
The secret to success in poker is to rig the odds in your favor.
