Villain is 30/23 multitabling unknown with 13% 3bet over 400 hands. Not too keen on folding pairs vs these guys. I could just 4bet/call pre but decided to take this line instead.

Hero (CO): $1,915.00
BTN: $1,149.75
SB: $945.00
BB: $1,035.00
UTG: $1,055.00
SB posts SB $5.00, BB posts BB $10.00

Pre Flop: ($15.00) Hero has 5 5
fold, Hero raises to $35.00, fold, SB raises to $100.00, fold, Hero calls $65.00

Flop: ($210.00, 2 players) 9 9 2
SB bets $100.00, Hero raises to $245.00, SB raises to $845.00 and is all-in, Hero calls $600.00

I think the recent 3betting and 3bet pot dynamic is way more relevant than saying what his stats are here.

Without dynamic I'd say this is fine.. if you like getting it in with 8% equity the majority of the time, flipping a minority of the time and 76% the rest of the time.

ie: I don't really think its fine, and would rather call flop and re-eval turn, shoving some and folding others more than this.

I like it, I think he's weighted very heavily towards AK type hands here, Aggressive multitabling guy, probably thinks you've got a high amount of air in your range. In my experience in these spots, people almost always just flat big pairs to your flop raise. Given the fact you've only got 400 hands on him, and he's multitabling I think it's unlikely he's going to be trying to level you into making a hero with 55 here.

Prbly 75% of the time I raise call here they show AK AQ but the other 25% they have hearts or higher pair so just stove it. Some people will call overpairs here more frequently then they shove so you have to know a villains tendency.

OOP I think the majority of people will shove overpairs here instead of flatting the raise.

This is essentially a math problem. He will shove, AQ AK, overpairs, FDs. Figure out how you do vs that range, and how much FE you have (with your flop raise), ta-da. This can't be very profitable, just fold preflop not close.

I'm not think that's true, (at least barring a good read I'd assume villain is calling overpairs less often than he is shoving AK type hands and that's not accounting for combos) given the board texture, and what (generally) hero's perceived raising range is. From hero's PoV, the reason raising is going to be good is because it induces semi bluff shoves from Villain.

What would you do with overpairs in Villain's shoes? (considering you only had 400 hands so I assume no real history, so balance isn't that big of an issue)

But against me (or P4's) just take villains line with just overpairs and profit

I would shove overpairs in villains shoes. The only one I'd consider calling is like AhAx, maybe KhKx.

13% isnt that crazy. And it's gonna be a pain to play postflop, u actually got one of the good flops for it, and you're still not fistpumping.

I wasn't just staring at the HUD. The dynamic was such that I felt like he was light and that this was a good spot to take a stand.

Okay but it doesn't make it easier to play postflop. I still prefer 4b/call or straight up shove to this. 77+ for sure 4b/call if you think he's 3betting like 20% at this point.

yes, i think your line is +ev relative to flop fold or flop raise/fold.
no, i don't think it is the best line.

just take a turn imo and fold pretty often when barreled.
I got more flava than fruitstripe gum
