The play at this level is very different than 3/6 NL 6-max (at least with Party). Blinds stealing seems to be successful almost everytime from the button. People definitely respect pre-flop raises a lot more (which has allowed me to raise with a lot of junk heh). The players seem poorer as a whole than 3/6 NL 6-max, very liberal, and seem to have "he's bluffing" syndrome. First major hand:

***** Hand History for Game 2491956301 *****

Fitting with the theme of 5/10 NL 6-max being fishy, this guy takes the cake.. I really dont know what was going through his head here... I mean I can understand his bluff, but when I reraise its time to fold.

That is beautiful, I like your play here. Playing the flopped flush that hard is great. If you would have slowplayed it to the river he woulda bailed on that 4th diamond even if it did make his retarded straight.

Sounds like you're running really good as well considering how fast you've been able to move up. So if you're serious about protecting this quickly growing bankroll, I highly recommend having at least $60,000 before moving up to 10/20NL. Its not my place to preach, but I at least want to make sure you're stayin up there for good and saving me a seat.

30 buy-ins to start for a full ring game is a bit overkill unless the game is very tough.. I've noticed any downswing I've had greater than 4 buy-ins is always because I was getting outplayed by others at the table and that my skill level wasnt up to snuff. I dont think that will happen at 2000 NL full on Party. Having looked at that game it looks very soft but we shall see (I noticed some idiot limping with Axo in ep in that game). I might up my standards a bit to start there. Depends on how I do at 5/10

Yea I was thinking more about 6max when I mentioned 30 buyins. But I'm excited for you either way, its inspired me to get more serious about moving up. I'm sure you'll do fine. Keep it up gangsta.
