Villain is 20/17/3.9. We don't have any real history. I've 3bet him a couple of times and he's folded. He built his stack beating up on a laggro fish who just left the table.

Boring hand. Mainly wondering if anyone 5bets pre.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Holdem Ring game - Blinds: $5/$10 - 5 players - Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $945
CO: $4000.25
Button: $1736.50
Hero: $1989.50
BB: $1646.75

Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is SB with K K
UTG folds, CO raises to $35, Button folds, Hero raises to $130, BB folds, CO raises to $335, Hero calls.

Flop: T A J ($680, 2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $300, Hero folds.

I'm worried that he can get away from everything I beat if I 5bet this deep.

Looking really deep into this hand though I think we should 5 bet bluff 100% of our range (given there is no way he could possibly know this).

OMG not 5 bet shoving here is criminal. PLEASE nobody is folding preflop after putting in a pot sized 4 bet and even if they do its almost certain that you are actually gaining equity by taking the pot then.

I think I 5-bet this pre, but thats mostly because I 3-bet pretty light out of the blinds so from villains perspective given how deep we are he could be 4-betting very light knowing that I could only continue with the best of my range. (which is very rare)

Given my image I need to 5-bet here, but I think a lot of this depends on your image, and how sick he's getting of you 3-betting him. Even still, he could 4-bet you so light here with most of his range and you'd have trouble carrying on OOP so deep without the near nuts.

long answer short: depends how much you've been 3-betting him from the blinds.

Probably c/c'ing most non-ace flops. I don't have any reason to believe his range is wider than QQ+/AK and I think he can get away from QQ this deep to a flop c/r on a low board. If we had some history I might take a more aggressive line.

lol, who are you? His 4-bet is 2/3 pot and look at stack sizes before you assume someone is pot-committed.

Oops, obviously i totally misread the post. I thought he raised to 435 and didn't notice the depth.

But still I don't understand not maximizing value against someone that you've already three-bet multiple times. I've found ppl get frustrated quickly at 5/10 on tilt, especially a player with these type of stats.

This being said its still semi-gross if he 6-bet (LOL) shoves.

You're right, but as I mentioned a few posts above, I'd 3bet him twice in the span of about an hour and not recently, so I didn't think he was playing back. The taggs at the table were basically staying in line with each other while jockeying to play big pots with the donkfish (who left a couple hands before this).
