 Villain is standard TAG 18/15ish, He used to play a lot a couple of years ago, but this is the first time I have seen him for about a year so not sure how much attention ot pay to those stats...I've played about 3 orbits with him and have been pretty aggressive, 3 hands ago I called his 3 bet and C/F flop.

This hand isn't really a particlarly tough 'spot' but just an unorthodox way to play it and was looking for some feedback.

Original raiser is very ABC TAG playing a very ABC style. Shorty who pushes is typical shorty any pair/ace/2 broadway, limp then cold caller I have no info on as it's the first time I've played with said player and I'd imagine it's also the last judging by how he played this hand.

I don't play these stakes.....but bet more on the flop on hand one for sure. As played the river is a fold more often than a call and is never a raise obviously. Generally I would say it's a definite fold but you played the flop so weird that maybe he thinks his hand is good and/or a bluff is in order...

Hand two is lol, sucks to get into these spots and I'm sure it hardly ever happens.....high variance, hope it turned out okay instead of a train wreck.

 Hand 1. I would bet just slightly more preflop since you are deep and OOP, but if you want to balance and keep your 4-bets small, then that's fine. The cbet really confuses me, to me this seems like the perfect spot for a normal sized cbet. The small cbet might induce a float, which is perhaps what you are trying to accomplish? The turn obviously ruins that plan.

I'm not so happy about the c/c either. The only hands that you beat seem to be TT/JJ/KQ/QJ and I don't think those will usually bet the river. You are loosing to AQ/QQ/AA/77/99/ and all of those will bet the river. You might have induced a bluff by your small cbet, but I'm still folding here.

Hand 2. The action seems a bit messed up (the last call at least). I would prefer to call, but I think a raise is good too because of all the dead money.

Hand 1 The flop is almost a case of getting what you asked for. You really didn't price AK out and now have a difficult turn decision. Also leaving so much money behind on the turn is kinda yuck from a hand planning perspective.

Hand 2 is pretty standard for me. It's not uncommon for a short-buy to shove Ax/22+/KQish stuff setting up some really funny spots where you pretty much need to call/push stuff like AQ/AK/JJ/TT to push out weak hands and get it in against similar sorts of ranges.

-weird flop bet sizing, why such a small bet?
-I think if he was bluffing he would probably bet this turn, which makes me feel like he has AQ/QQ on this river. I think c/f is fine on river, or c/c a small bet

the KK one id just be looking to jam in as much money as possible on every street c/folding the A turn if i have 1psb or more behind which we shouldnt if our noggin is on straight

the TT one is fine/good/std
I got more flava than fruitstripe gum

Hand 1; bet more on flop unless you have a very good reason not to (like reads that he will shove if you bet 200 like you did). As played, c/f river.

Hand 2: standard.
