Someone put him on a hand. This guy is a donkey, and he's definately sick of my aggressive play. He'd been making poor decisions before this hand.

But what does he check on the flop and bet the turn/river with? Bluff? Made hand?

Ok, what do I realistically beat that he would play like this? What hands would he min-reraise and then check on the flop? QQ probably plays like this. AK? AQ? AJ? A pair lower then Queens?

I would've bet the flop to see where you were at, but I'd probably put him on AK/AQ, and if you say he'd been making poor decisions I might even extend it to AJ and KQ.

It's possible he also had A9-T9 and caught one or two pair if you'd really been that aggressive.

Bet flop. As played, fold river.
