Villain is 48/15/2.5 over ~100 hands. I haven't seen him do anything terrible post-flop, has mostly been folding to my c-bets. Not sure how he got his stack. Line check?

What are you doing on a non-h, non-board pairing river?? If you are still calling why not just shove turn

What if board pairs??

I found it hard to imagine he'd call a shove with worse here. Maybe Ah3x or Ah4x or something weird like that. Obviously the minraise gave me odds to call if he does have a flush, and if he doesn't, calling turn and c/c'ing non-heart river gives him a chance to bluff again.

I have a slight preference for shoving the turn to protect your hand, but as you said calling was easily +EV so wp.
