Villain is a 3/6 reg, seems pretty decent, plays bet or fold poker post-flop, running 21/16/5 over a lot of hands. Notes say that he 3bets a lot, usually folds to my 3-bets but has 4bet me once and has seen me 3-bet him and give up on low flops a couple of times. I haven't seen him get out of line and I would guess I have a tight image post-flop.
Donkbet surprised me b/c I figured if he wanted to get it AI with a strong hand or draw he would c/r. Line-check and river decision?

I think donkbetting with a strong hand here is pretty common. I like your line, and I'm never calling this river against a solid reg.
