muchbetter is a 20/16 guy, reasonably aggressive, pretty solid player. Does some goofy stuff sometimes like open limp pre but other than that solid.
check or bet? check flop?

I'm tempted to bet turn and check behind river. Plenty of value here

Why don't we bet the flop?
Only getting called by better?
Induce a bluff?

muchbetter isn't the typical online guy who grinded his way up, he's just a rich guy who's gotten pretty good right? I just feel like that's gonna cause him to play atypical (ie be more likely to call a river bet if you check behind, or make some bad river bet)

this is correct and i agree with betting turn vs most players but probably not vs him. another reason is that he is the type who will show up with J8s or the like alot here so you are valuetowning yourself more than you would be vs a good Tagg.
