7 handed 10/20 action. $2750 effective stacks. A 14/6 huge nit set miner raises utg+1 to 70 a lag cold calls on button I have in the sb and 3 bet to 300. UTG+1 calls button calls. So pot is like 950$ going to flop. Flop comes I check utg+1 checks button checks turn I check again. utg+1 bets 750 into 950 button folds I fold. Thoughts?

call turn, c/f river. QQ, JJ, 66, 33 will bet river. AQ, KQ (ok KQ is a stretch), and a semibluff like AK will just check the river if he's in fact a set camping nit.

oop its not easy but i think the UTG+1 calling range u preflop is not just QQ/JJ, he is in position on u, he has 3 way pot so i think he can call here AK,JJ,QQ,TT (at these stakes maybe even AQ?) and be profitable if he is good postflop. also depends how he sees ur squeezeing/3bet tendencies.

i think u cant check him twice. i c-bet even that flop and give up but u have to try to make him fold if he called u lightly with thrash. if he dont then ur most likely behind. half-pot,2/3 may be enough and also may seem tricky. and nits dont like to get in tricky pots without nuts.

I don't mind the fold, but would like to hear why you didn't lead the flop or the turn, since a bet accomplishes so many good things for you.

Ya I prbly should incorporate that in spots like this since he will not fold KK with my image for sure and KK QQ is a big part of his range here.
