Just the way I love to make decisions for my stack.
UTG's c/r doesn't bother me, it looks like a play on the pot and he's short so there is little risk relative to the pot. However, the union of UTG + CO's action, CO having money and the chance of being good but still getting out-drawn all lead me towards a weak fold.
