Okay so this is an AWFUL hand of poker. The worst played hand in memory for me. I am deeply ashamed. Comments and pisstaking welcome.

I'm posting it to embarass myself into not doing it ever again. Or at least learning from it in some horrible way.

I will try to comment on my thought processes throughout... even though I was obviously mid-brain-spaz at the time

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (10 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

saw flop|saw showdown

MP3 ($24.30)
CO ($14.94)
Button ($50.45)
SB ($15)
BB ($20.10)
Hero ($27.07)
UTG+1 ($53.48)
UTG+2 ($19.15)
MP1 ($42.38)
MP2 ($24.70)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K, Q. SB posts a blind of $0.10.

OK. This is the big error, I suppose. Playing the hand in the first place. Under the gun. I raised to protect my vulnerable hand.

Hero raises to $1.25, 6 folds, Button calls $1.25, 2 folds.

Flop: ($2.85) A, 4, Q (2 players)

At this point I am making a continuation bet to see where I stand, or win the pot there.

Hero bets $2, Button raises to $4, Hero calls $2.

Villain has a VP$IP of 40% over about 60 hands and has been unimpressive so far. Looking at it now it is a ridiculous call.

Turn: ($10.85) 3 (2 players)

I fire my second barrel - maybe I have the flush? Maybe I have a set? I get re-raised. After a long time... I call! Fuck me this is embarassing. I think this call is the one that I knew at the time was wrong - I don't mind the bet, but he's re-raised me twice and I have middle pair. I should be gone by now at the latest.

Hero bets $5, Button raises to $10, Hero calls $5.

The final nail in the coffin comes on the river when I hit my set

River: ($30.85) Q (2 players)
Hero calls $11.82 (All-In), Button calls $11.82.

Final Pot: $54.49

Results in white below:
Hero has Kc Qs (three of a kind, queens).
Button has Ad Qd (full house, queens full of aces).
Outcome: Button wins $54.49.

Excuse my french, but what a cunt. That is what you get for playing KQ out of position and ignoring re-raises.

Please note I do not always play like this.

Standard until the turn. You know he's loose. Calling the min reraise is stunned without the nuts. Either fire back or fold.

Haha! You go way too far with your hand, and just as you thought your ass was being pulled from the fire, you get porked. That's beautiful.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.
