ummm, why are you open limping KQo from EP, and then going broke with 1 pair in what is basically a limped pot after making a really weak turn bet.
on the other hand, you should be happy that he called a flop CR w/ bottom pair and a backdoor flushdraw, and you should make more off of him in future situations if you know he will do this.

Should just fold preflop but If your gonna call a raise OOP with KQo you might as well bet the flop, forget about checkraising it. Also bet turn at least pot.

Normally, it means someone is thinking one level ahead of you. It's like when a V knows you well enough to put you on a bluff and reraise-bluffs you. Here it's more what martindcx1e said.
