OK, a little setup.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t20 (9 handed)

Hero folds, UTG+1 calls t20, MP1 raises to t80, MP2 folds, MP3 folds, CO (ThatGuy) calls t80, Button folds, SB folds, BB calls t60, UTG+1 calls t60.

Early in the tournament, but is ThatGuy so bad that he calls the raise pre-flop, bets a third of the pot on the flop, and then checks it down when someone calls and he probably has the best hand? Also, this makes me think he can play anything, at any time.

Maybe check it down after the Q hits on the turn? If you know he'll check, that's pretty nice for you, with an overcard out and a weak kicker. And you didn't have enough chips to worry about building the pot just in case you're good. What was in the pot already would've been a lot for you.

Against a normal player, checking the turn and river would be begging for a bluff, but this guy is extremely passive, so it may have worked.

He is an odd player that is for sure. I've seen people play loose-passive and tight-passive and crack alot of people. I also see some lose alot. Just be thankful this wasn't a NL game.
