I eventually found myself all in with JQ as the flop came 10KA making my straight. One of those happened to be hearts but never did i think i would end up losing because of two more running hearts that came and made his A10 of hearts that much better. Unfortuantley after this I found myself so angry to be going all in till now i have nothing. Therefore i'm done with poker, really shows how a 40 dollar pot can lead to losing the 30 more i had and really just screw your whole day...damn.

I am just going to warn you here, you are about to get flamed for this post. Everybody on this forum has been in your situation before (and most of us had much much worse bad beats) and we've all gone on tilt to lose more money.
It happens bro

Thats a bad beat, there isnt anything you can do about that. You say you had $30 more dollars, one pot should never be more than your remaining bankroll, you are playing way over your limits. If you are done for poker then fine, I think thats probably a good choice, if you decide to come back, read about bankroll management. It doesnt matter how good you are when one hand can wipe out half your BR and you then go and tilt off the rest of your money. Some will say that BR management and keeping a level head have more to do with being a winning playing than skill, and I dont think thats far from the truth,

Learn to live with it.... my KK got owned by JJ, QQ, and AK all in preflop fairly deep stacks to bust me in 3 consecutive mtt's this past week (and then I had that LOVELY beat with AA heads up at the FT 2 nights ago.) Keep making the right decisions and you WILL come out ahead eventually.

I'm only responding because I don't post that often and I really want a nice full house and I'm stuck on a straight right now. But I doubt you are done with poker since you have responded. Besides, this isn't really a hand history post but a bad beat post and that's a bit further down the queue.

LOL ... when I first started I would go ballastic on bad beats ... now 50K hands later ... no worries ... reload and get back in the game. As revolver says, wait til you get a REALLY bad beat ... Plus, over time you will be on the winning side of those bad beats.
Good luck with whatever you decide.
