You need to realise these situations dont matter. Both players are allin when the positions are reversed too.

Profit in poker comes from winning more or losing less than another player would in the same situation. Set over set or quads over full house is not profitable for either player since the result will be the same each way, and over time you will win as many as you lose.

Worry more about situations where you actually can play them better than someone else. Things like folding top pair to sets but not to bluffs.

If you really must post bad beat stories then put them in the bad beat forum.
gabe: Ive dropped almost 100k in the past 35 days.

This is a forum for hand histories which may have been played badly and are in need of advice. Your post is a bad beat, nothing more. It goes in the bad beat forum. http://www.flopturnriver.com/phpBB2/...ae0984f706141b Have fun.

I don't think I've ever not bitched when I had someone hit a 1 outer on me!

They are right, there is a bad beat forum, but I won't hold it against you that you wanted someone to see it. I've had this happen to me 3 times so far since I started playing online poker, and I think I told someone about it everytime! NH, sucks, nothing you can do about it.

don't take it personally, nobody meant to jump on you. most of us just understand that yes, this is a regular part of poker, and it happens to all of us. it isn't constructive to post it, that's why we made a bad beats forum, the main reason to show it is to vent, in a forum like this it is just clutter.

just wait until you go all in with a set of jacks, vs his just pair of 2s, and it comes 2, 2.
i betcha that i got something you ain't got, that's called courage, it don't come from no liquor bottle, it ain't scotch

What did you want to gain by posting this? There are people on this forum with 100k + hands played and 8 table every day. Bad beats become part of the game for them and they have taken beats just this bad if not worst multiple times during life.

I just hope you are playing within your bankroll because there is no way to get away from hands like this, and they will even out in the long run.
