I know a lot of people used
http://www.neildewhurst.com/hand-converter/

But I see that they now require you to log in to use it... but that's not unreasonable.

I found it so frustrating that I wrote my own converter which sorta kinda works (i.e. it's in permanent beta)

Example output:

No Limit Hold'em CryptoLogic ($25NL)
Converted by FTRConv
5-handed

StacksSB: $4.75
BB: $22.87
UTG: $8.40
Hero: $24.50
BTN: $14.84

Pre-Flop: Hero is CO with 5 3
UTG calls, Hero folds, BTN raises to $0.75, SB folds, BB calls, UTG folds

Flop:($1.90) A Q 6 (2 players)
BB checks, BTN checks

Turn:($1.90) 2 (2 players)
BB bets $0.50, BTN calls
River:($2.90) 7 (2 players)
BB bets $2.25, BTN folds, BB doesn't show hand
Final Pot: $2.90

You can download it from here, it should run on Windows XP without any probs, but it's a take-it-as-you-find-it solution.
Blah blah Op Blah blah

fyi, this is partly my fault. I e-mailed Neil b/c I was frustrated that hours and hours would go by when I couldn't convert hands. He said it was b/c his wordpress server wasn't equipped to handle the large traffic. He started requiring registration/login and now I never have a problem. If you click the 'remember you' button you only have to login once.
