Why the weak river bet? Are they smart enough up at 200nl to think that it looks like a "please call me" bet with 4 to the flush on the board?

Kinda nice that you make out ahead either way. If he calls or re-raises you, you lose only $55 instead of a potsized bet, if he folds, you win the pot...

I actually pulled this one off today in an Omaha game, of all things. The flop was three aces and I had nothing, no ace, no high cards, and no pair in the pocket. I kept betting weakly, 1/4 of the pot or less... the guy called that bet once and then folded the second time, at which point I showed my whole lotta nothin'. But it takes an intelligent player to realize what you're up to.

I don't get it. I'm confused as hell by this HH. What do you suppose he has? KK?

There's a point where brilliance becomes wreckless or vice versa. I'm not sure where that point is exactly or if it was crossed here. Definitely an interesting HH though. The turn raise is definitely what did him in.

When he checks it to me on the river you know he doesnt have a flush or if he does not high enough to call a decent raise.

I didn't realize the blind levels here.
I thought we were looking at a 1/2 NL table, and started rationalizing which hands he would have, putting a 4.5 bb raise.
