On the flop I regard his minraise as a standard bluff so I call not wanting to blow him away just yet. On the turn I get raised again so I start to worry about my kicker. Would you just push over and accept that if you are outkicked it's just bad luck? On the river most of my kicker worries seem to have disappeared, what should I do? Thanks

Assume you have the best hand, and take the best line for maximum extraction
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

Villain dependent.

"standard" would be $2.50. If it's a villain who thinks 1/2 pot on river is always the nuts then bet more.

I think you should have raised to $0.50 or so preflop and taken that free money from the donkey poster.

Hands I might put him on: Q4? QQ? 2 diamonds? Q6? some PP? I'd say most likely some medium PP. Bet out $2.50 and hope he calls.

Yeah most likely a Q. Raising with monsters isn't the donkey's style!

I pushed and the lunatic showed me 56 for teh win. That made me a sad panda. I think next time I would push over that turn raise.
