I'd re-raise to see if he has a set. He's certainly repping one, with his minbet/call pre-flop, and will probably push to a re-raise if he does. If he has a medium pair he'll *probably* fold, and if he has overcards he really, really should fold.

He could easily also have KJ or QJ, but I wouldn't want to end up on the river still uncertain what he has and possible losing a lot of money if I was either wrong or I get outdrawn.

You got isolation, which I feel is what you want in this hand. With him leading out on the flop, I would reraise to see where I stood and fold to heavy resistance. I bet he had J4 hearts (I've seen worse call raises at this level).

Sometimes I call flop, raise turn and check river in spots like this. I think that line maximizes the pain felt the by the punk donk betting into you.

Shania likes it when I raise the flop, because there are times you have air here and really want to call bullshit. However, beware that raising the flop builds a pot with a medium strong hand and 2 streets to come. Also, if you're 3-bet you may as well hold 72o.
