Well the villain after 53 hands was running 47/2 . Should I have just know that once this guy bet I was beat or should I just calll what would be the best line on a hand like this. Seems like there were many draws he could have been on and not hit.

Raise more preflop, make it 0.50 which is 4xBB + 1BB for the limper. I'd also raise more on the flop to give him bad odds of calling with a flush draw - which he is likely to do. Calling isnt bad if you think he slowplays something like a set, I'd just shove the river like Dean.

47/2/ and what AF? That's extremely important here.
A guy with these stats is easily bad enough to get it all in with top pair medium kicker here.
