Don't know much about villian.

Not sure if my pf play is ok. I don't feel comfortable 4betting here.

I was pretty much done with the hand when I checked the flop; I was unsure of how to play it. I mean don't like cbetting this at all. But if I check I'm pretty much screwed.

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (9 handed) -

MP2 ($9.80)
MP3 ($34.70)
CO ($25.75)
Button ($3.15)
SB ($26.25)
BB ($25.90)
UTG ($16.90)
UTG+1 ($10.85)
Hero (MP1) ($53.75)

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with K, A
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.90, 2 folds, CO raises to $3.30, 3 folds, Hero calls $2.40

Flop: ($6.95) J, 8, 2 (2 players)

oh haha yeah. Very true. I need to either raise or fold. If for whatever reason I think villian does not have AA or KK I raise because I will either be ahead, have a coin toss, or make him fold. correct?

not necessarily... but close enough. And tending towards a fold without reads.
think about ranges. Obviously AA and KK are in his range here. How much of his range consists of these two hands? most of it at 25nl I'm guessing...

 this is a 4bet pre of fold for me. Id never call this raise only.
At these stakes i think your opponent has better hands to often for it to be worth a call/4bet
