Opp seemed like an aware player, tho I wasnt 100 percent sure. What do you but op on? Guessed there was a chance of AK when he bet the flop, so I decided to minreraise him (I didnt want to commit more chips in case he would push with AA or KK or if he had trips with JJ or QQ). I wasnt so sure when he called tho, but when he minbet the turn I was afraid of that he was trying to induce a bluff (holding trips qs or js), so I decided just to call and get a cheap showdown. when he folded to my river bet (which was a valuebet, tho I know it was small) I'm pretty sure I was up against AK.

On a sidenote: should I have reraised the turn and stop being afraid of him trying to induce a bluff?

Painfully easy read.

Your opponent is drawing to an OSD/flush/AK and you darn near charged him the minimum to draw against your pay-off hand.

The flop raise is bad and the turn call is setting fire to your bankroll.

You need to bet at least half the pot on all streets to make him pay to draw. You make your money on people that pay to draw.
Stakes: Playing $0.10/$0.25 NL

Ok, I get it, bad play on my part.

But how come you said its an easy read? What part tells you that he's on a OESD/flush/AK draw?

Usually, they'll bet something like $2 or $3 though.

the 25 cent on the turn is the fish way of making a blocking bet. It's like they want to check so bad but they are afraid you will bet, so they solve that problem by intimidating you with a 25 cent bet that they pray you just call them. Villain lucked out on this one and thats what you did...but the cards weren't with him today.
